Con gran emoción y encanto se disfrutó la elección de Reina del Carnaval 2009-2010. Yuri Sharlin Valle fue la ganadora de la corona. Jackeline Morales 1a. Finalista y Dairin Mariangel Hernández, 2a. Finalista. Aplausos, silbidos y saltos de alegría brotaron de todos los asistentes para apoyar a su candidata favorita. La noche de gala inició con la demostración de la creatividad en los trajes de fantasía que las chicas lucieron, en donde el Jurado Calificador anunció como ganadora de esta categoría a la representante de Santo Domingo Such., Dency Dalila López.
